4. Ny post: Enligt antalet tester som ska utföras, skapa motsvarande antal testposter och fyll i motsvarande batchnummer, serienummer, testmiljö, provstorlek och andra relevanta data;
5. Ladda provet: justera provets position på testmaskinen och installera provet;
6. Välj område: enligt testkraften och deformationsintervallet som krävs för testet, välj lämplig testkraft och deformationsväxel (område);
7. Återställ: nollställ testkraften, deformationen och förskjutningen;
8. Testhastighet: enligt kraven i testprocessen i standarden, ställ in en lämplig testhastighet; om det inte finns något hastighetskrav i standarden, ställ in en mer lämplig hastighet, och hastigheten bör inte vara för hög för att inte påverka testresultaten;
9. End condition: According to the requirements of the test process in the standard, if the sample is to be destroyed (such as tension, compression), select "Break judgment"; if it is pulled (or compressed) to a certain test force, it will end , select "Target" and "Test Force"; if the tension (or compression) ends at a certain deformation, select "Target" and "Deformation";
10. Test start: Click the "Test Start" button to start the test.
11. End of the test: After the test is completed, the "test end" button is automatically pressed. If you need to end the test halfway, you can also press the "Test End" button to end the test manually;
12. Test results: Click the "Analyze" button to view the corresponding test results. Continue the test: Click the "Test" button to return to the test operation interface, click the "Next" button to switch the test record to the next one, and repeat steps 5-11 to test;
13. Save data: If the test data needs to be saved, press the "Save" button to save the test data to the database for reference. Print report: If the test results need to be printed, press the "Output Report" button to output the test results to a Word document and print;
14. Avstängning: Stäng av strömmen till testmaskinen först, stäng sedan av programvarans mät- och kontrollsystem och datorn.
